the location was almost ideal, but the noise issues were just too much to overlook. My room had no hooks for towels, which I was told is common, but seriously? For a supposed ‘deluxe’ experience, I expected more. No one even bothered to offer me an upgrade after my incessant complaints. What a letdown.

This hotel was just an appropriate option for a brief hiatus in Istanbul with reasonable price. The rooftop breakfast had a great selection, and the staff was super friendly, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Make sure to try the Turkish coffee instead of the regular coffee at breakfast.
